after much experimentation, my recipe.....untill the last avacado falls off the tree anyway.
1 avacado.
1 cap full lime juice
2 tbl spoons sour cream
3 tbl spoons "hot" salsa sauce
1 spoon full liquid smoke or wistershire sauce (both work well)
garlic powder
black pepper
ocean salt (makes a big differance using this as opposed to regular salt)
personally, i like it chunky. but some on familey prefer it whipped intill not a single lump remains. and they may get it that way if they make it too.
