Do they even still report them locally? I live about 20 minutes from East St. Louis and I never hear anything on the news any more.

Eh, don't drive-by shootings usually involve both a driver and shooter? Or is that just an impression I get from TV/movies? But either way I thought the idea of the drive-by is to kill people and then run away. Seems to lack the personal touch of a large group of people that are right in front of you, then killing yourself.

From what I know (my friend's stepson is a Grad student there, and a T.A.), the person teaching the geology class that was shot was another grad student T.A.. I wonder if it was something against the Professor, or the T.A.?

Found out today that my co-worker's girlfriend's friend got shot in the arm.
What point do I have? None.
