I went to a truck race once. My boyfriend's dad had free tickets and couldn't go, and we didn't have anything else to do. It was somewhat exhilarating, the roar of the engines, the speed, all that. But after a lap or two, it gets sooo boring.
The only thing I like about NASCAR is when they wreck.
I don't even like Nascar, but I somehow personally feel offended.

Nascar was cool back in the days when they had few rules. Then they started rules and most of the carmakers pulled out of sponsoring (1963) Teh now commercialized Homulugated races today are boring and full if cheezie hype. I stopped even considering watching Nascar many years ago.
I agree. Except, the pre-race stuff is great, because they always scan the crowds and show all the HOT chicks wearing barely any clothes.

LoL. i used to be a big nascar fan back when pettie was racing (the guy with the big cowboy hat) but since he retired i have not watched.
I grew up in Tennessee and I have never, ever understood the obsession with NASCAR.
