Congratulations Katie on this awesome achievement. Smiley: bowdown

I'm also happy to see that, on your journey to the unobtainable 5th star, you reached out to the peeps of the Oot for help...and they were there for you!!

PS: My born-on date is still lower than yours. So there!

Like that means anything at this point, you're one of like 5 posters who still post and have a lower born on date than me, haha.

I take great pride in having a born-on date in the 4,000s. I, for the life of me, can't figure out how to put that number up from my account, but I recall it was like 4,760-ish.

When I do that it says "Send PM" and "Address Book." Maybe it's a premium thing. 2076, huh? Wow, I'm older than dirt around here.

*sigh*

Fine, click on your name and when it goes to your profile, look at the URL. It will have your number in it.

So Asylum has lost BT, Elderon, Katie, and Samira to OOT.
Was I gone that long?

Darn newfangled contraptions! Back in my day we didn't have such conveniences like computers. We had life hard! We used things like pencils and paper to figure out our arithmetic and to send messages. Not to mention we walked three miles to school-- uphill both ways too!

Get off my lawn, you rotten kids!

How is my born on date lower than Katie's? I'm thinking I first started posting here in May '01. Or around that date.

I propose a new trend. I have placed my born-on date in my sig, thus lording it over the no0bs around here and in the OoT just who has seniority around here. I invite you to join with me in crushing their self esteem and souls.

Lol It was meant as a compliment, I think. Before some of you "new" comers came along the Asylum was brash and harsh. You are the person that comes to mind the most when I think about people who have helped change it into what it is today. I remember you calling someone out on flaming and talking about how the Asylum didn't always have to be mean. I view that as a critical turning point in the Asylum persona.

So we can thank DSD for making the Assylum the gutless, banal pile o' crap it is today?

Thanks a lot, DSD. Smiley: mad

Well, Katie just said she's been posting for 6 years. May of 01 would be over 6 and a half years ago...

Don't confuse me with logic and facts.

I guess what I meant was, I was *sure* she'd been here longer than me.

I've not had any vodka in over a month. It's taking its toll. Stupid red wine.
