It actually is being offered at EB Games.

My experience with the game is that it was ridiculously hard to get working and took forever to install. With the number of wipes they did in beta I even lost interest. That's saying a lot.

My experience with the game is that you can get Sid Meier's Pirates for about $15 these days which is an infinately more enjoyable pirate game.

I thought that was intentional. What better way to get you into the pirate spirit then saying arrrrrrg at the startup?

Yeah, I've been in the beta testing program for over six months and I couldn't stand to play it for more than a few days at a time. It's ridiculously bad.

I should go get Pirates!...

#12REDACTED, Posted: Jan 11 2008 at 7:12 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) there have only been two games i have tried and really didnt enjoy. FFXI. omg, between the swords bigger than the toons, and the men looking more female than the women, it was tough to look at. toss in the graphics were sooo last decade. the other was guild wars. the game graphics were good, but the whole japna thing with the giant swords and girly looking men just sucked the fun out of the quests. the quests themselves wernt bad. better than EQ1, worse than EQ2, significantly worse than WoW. but bearable.
