It made front page of Yahoo for a short bit today. I just thought it was funny how they were talking about how he'd come so far from then and how much he'd over come. Lol sounds more like a bad break up with an ex-GF who was a bit dial happy with the 911.

I disagree that it's a non-story. It is the only reason he is actually at Hawaii. No need to bring it up if you don't want, but it's far from a non-story. If you go to Brennan's wiki page there are some links to sources at espn.com you can check out.
I just don't really see the point in calling him an ex-con. He spent a few nights in jail, not prison.
