In before the flamefest.

And The Patriots are not the team of the year. I think plenty of teams could have gone 16-0 if they got to play Pop Warner teams in their division too.

To me, the patriots went like 3-0 because they only played like 3 teams that were respectable.

They have achived something that has NEVER been done before, by anyone. Something that most people said would never be done in an era of wage caps, free-agency and the way the league is set up to even out teams.

And for the record "Being a dolphin fan takes some beating this year." It's not like i'm a Pats fan.

Wow makes it as game of the year due to lack of competition.

Funny thing is, the worst teams they played came the closest to beating them.

Still, an undefeated 16-game regular season is more impressive than an undefeated 14-game season. And it looks promising for them to finish out the postseason as well.

An undefeated 14-game season with no taint of cheating is more impressive to me, but w/e.

I hate the Patriots, I want to see them lose all the time. Well actually let me amend that. I actually REALLY like the Patriots, as a team, I just hate all the fans around me (I live near Boston). I think they're what every football team should strive to be, and you couldn't ask for better teammates than people like Tom Brady or Tedy Bruschi.

However, everyone around here was so quick to jump on the bandwagon. I remember the days when Pete Carroll was the coach and they were struggling to get to 8-8 every year. Nobody was wearing Pats coats or Dave Meggett jerseys.

But, since the refs gave them that playoff win against the Raiders in 01, everyone around here is suddenly a life-long Pats fan, and whenever they do lose it's always some ******** excuse. Not that this is surprising because I'm sure that's what happens everywhere, but I don't live everywhere.

So, I will be hating the Pats until they have a losing season and suddenly everyone's jumping off the bandwagon.

I'll be waiting a long time, though.
