Anyone else playing this MMO? So far it has my attention plus it's free. PvP and PvE. Nice graphics too for free, much better than EQ and better than DAoC in some ways. Pretty much it's 3 races fighting for control of the planets resources.

How do they pay their bills? Micropayments for in-game items or ads or what?

It's kind of sad but I've been playing text based browser games while I'm at work. Usually I just play Kingdom of Loathing(kingdomofloathing.com) but I just found a zombie one I'm trying out called Urban Dead(urbandead.com) Yeah I'm a dork, sue me.

No ingame adds that I've found. You can pay money for in game items if you want or you can do it the old fashioned way and farm.

It used to be pay to play. It's a pretty terrible game.

The core dynamic of the game is pot spamming. There are no healing or real support classes. You heal by using a pot, and restore mana by using a pot. In typical game play you will use a health pot every two seconds.

Yeah the potion and lack of a real healer class does bite. There is a class that can heal though I think it's just basic stuff. I am loving my MAU though.

Sadly, I played the beta test, and by the time the actual game came out I was playing WoW again. I still have the unopened copy sitting somewhere in my house. It did seem odd to me that all you did was pop potions, or at least thats what it felt like.

Actually I feigned that and have gone through three ascensions since then, and traded for a tiny plastic sword. I knew you'd stop playing if you thought I did, so I'm wayyy ahead now.

Ahahahaha

My other car is made of meat.

Straight. **** off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.

I know you don't have that kind of time or attention span. Oh, and I bought a *real* car made of meat, and stocked it with coconut shells, a sleazy gravy fairy, and three levitating potatoes. We're heading straight for a temporal rift baby.
