-Chocolate cake mix, vanilla cake mix (bake the cakes, crumble into a large bowl once cooled)
-peanut butter sandwich cookies, I'm guessing maybe 20, through the food processer until they're all ground up, tossed with the cake
-4 vanilla "snack pack" puddings (yes, I'm actually too lazy to even make instant pudding) thrown in the bowl and mixed with the cake and cookies

Put the above into the litter pan/whatever you're serving it in

-Throw another, oh I dunno, 10 or so cookies into the food processor and when they're powdered, cover the top of the cake.
-microwave however many tootsie rolls you want to use for 20 seconds and mold however you want to and place on top of the cake
-sprinkle green sugar (like you buy for Christmas cookies) and some extra powdered cookie on top of some of the tootsie rolls for good measure.

Voila!

Just like you'd expect a couple of cakes mixed up with ground up peanut butter sandwich cookies and vanilla pudding to...delicious!

It was very moist. Probably to the dismay of most of those eating it.
