1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup Hersheys unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup hot water
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
dash of salt
4 cups milk

combine sugar cocoa salt in saucepan. stir in water. cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils, stir for 2 minutes. Stir in milk and heat. DO NO BOIL. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Add marshmellows if you desire.

Sick and Ashe are allergic to milk so they cant have any. Zavi was not in the mood for it as he was too busy playing on the pc. So I had the cocoa to myself and drank it all morning instead of my normal coffee. It was soooo good. I especially like it when its cooled and you reheat it again. Something about the vanilla extract mellowing out the second time makes it even better

I'm especially thankful that my Thanksgiving was a month ago. Canadians > Americans.

There's your political debate of the day.

I love snow. We don't get it here but every few years. I just wish Mr.Katie were here to play in it with me. Ah well. About 2 more months to go.

You just have a penchant for heavy, sticky, wet white stuff. Also, I'm sure that your Mr. would love to play in it with you.

I do find it heart-warming that out of all the nations who donated to the U.S. gene-pool over the centuries, you celebrate the fact that the most important ingredient came out of an English *******.

Have a lovely day eating turkey pie and bobbing for punkins or whatever it is you do.

I'm assuming it's similar to Christmas Dinner in England where we subject our children to the kisses of moustached maiden aunts, suffer our parents comments on how our cooking is almost as good as {insert name of rival sibling here}, and we all realise that we're doomed to smell as badly as our grandparents.

Depressing, huh? Smiley: sly

Y.u.m.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my fellow Yankees. This year, we rung in our national holiday celebrating gluttony by giving Tristan his first taste of solid foods. Yams were on the menu.

He also began crawling today. Albeit backward. He hasn't figured out he has a forward gear yet, it seems.
