Especially when the site manager of the company pitches a fit because we won't unblock YouTube from the URL filter (against corporate IT policy) so her teen-aged daughter can do her "homework" on a corporate computer logged in under the manager's secretary domain account.

Good times. Smiley: oyvey

You lack imagination, young padawan.

Log in on that account, enable youtube, visit hardcoregoatpr0n.com, gheyhamsterfun.info etc etc., and let the kid loose.

You have acces to some rather alarming browser activity logs which your sense of duty will oblige you to raise with your lords and masters,

win/win

I hate stupid blocked sites. It doesn't mean I don't waste time, just that I'm more bored when I do it.

I got no problem with people wasting time. They ain't my employee. However, when it hogs up all the bandwidth and fUcks up me wasting my time, that's a different story.

alot of the block sites are really stupid in what they block too. for example, ours blocks everything with the word "video" in it...Unfortunatly thats controlled by Olympia, but us IT people have our ways of bypassing that.
