...can blow me. "Fall back" is only good if you're not already getting up at 5:30 am.

Hello 4 am wake-up call. Smiley: mad

I feel your pain baby. Hannah actually is sick, so she slept in until about 6am (post time change) which surprised me. However, I was woken up about four times last night, haha.

Jackie is sick too. The night before last he screamed for 3 hours solid. Ugh.

Oh, sleep, you long-forgotten friend.

Make DSD come over to babysit so you can take a nap. She's not doing anything anyway.

Call Sick and vent with him. He got up at 4:30 this morning too.

I knew it would pay off one day to be on night shift and have the husband take over early morning hours.

I'll babysit so you can get a couple hours sleep, if you babysit after so I can get all my damn crates in the basement and finish taping up my BR for painting

Yep, someone forgot to tell my son as well. Not only that, but he seemed to haveleft me a present that had been sitting in his diaper for 10hrs. He definitely got the belt. Teach that little 20month old to sleep in on daylight savings day. Smiley: mad

Odd. You usually change the clocks at the same time as in UK, but this year USA dropped back an hour a week later than usual.
Anyone know why?

A bill that some moran came up with, the rationale being that it would save the US untold fortunes in money.

Personally I love the fall back Sunday, it lets me sleep an extra hour and when I get up I can feel like I'm making an early start on the day.

Close. Bush bill, saving energy usage for another week by maximizing the daylight when people were awake. Saved like 1% of something or other.

Ditto, and it's just past eight. This is great!

Of course, I'll be pissed when it's five o'clock and the sun has set and I still have four hours of work to get done.
