Hannah's too little for candy, and doesn't like most of it anyway. Suggestions for tiny things I can put in her candy bucket from Halloween to replace the candy I'm taking out? Individually wrapped cookies are one...

I bet you could buy a bag of cheap trinkets (toy farm animals, doll stuff, etc) from the local dollar store to replace candy with. I don't know how dangerous she still is with putting small things in her mouth.
I made a deal with Baby Girl three days ago that she could pick one healthy snack from Costco in exchange for all her really bad candy (I let her keep the teddy grahams and animal crackers, etc). She ended up settling on freeze dried apple snacks, so I'm happy.
You can put in those little juicy juice boxes, animal crackers, fruit parfait cups, applesauce, and raisins.
Have her barter with it for stuff she wants, or wants to do.
Have we met? You know that I'd just take hers and share it equally with all the children that were too lazy to go out trick or treating for their own.

Just take it from her. When she asks about it, deny that it ever existed. Should she persist, ask her in a threatening voice if she's calling Mommy a liar.

The therapy jar is already getting too heavy.

You can do sciene experiments with your daughter and her candy. Did you know M&M's pack more tightly than spheres?
...
yeah, I'll get right on that. She does enough experiments as it is.
