...but I couldn't pack more pathetic drama into one headline:

Pit Bulls Kill Miniature Horse Donated To Cancer-Stricken Child


It's not bad enough that the pit bulls are killing horses now, or bad enough that it was also an adorable miniature horse. No, it has to also be an adorable miniature horse that was DONATED to a cancer-stricken child.

I won't complain about my homework any more today.

My friend's parents decided they wanted to raise mini-horses so they bought a little piece o' prairie, set it up just right (with a mini barn and tiny, wittle saddles, I presume) and got themselves half a dozen little horses to start their mini-horse family.

Their little metal barn was struck by lightning the first evening and all six horses were cooked. Smiley: frown
