Anyone else going to see it? Smash and I are going tomorrow...he's never seen the movie before at all, and I never got a chance to see it in the theater, let alone in 3D. It looks fun!

Mr. T and I are going to the movies tonight. I think we are going to the theatre where they serve pitchers of beer while you watch though, so I think we'll be seeing Superbad.

Supergood! Smiley: chug

Didn't you guys just see them?

I get to have a spa day tomorrow, followed by dinner out at a fancy restaurant with the girls. This is going to be a nice weekend. Smiley: smile

I saw it about 6 months back, the Disney Digital 3-D is amazing, the best 3D I've seen. It's nice because they don't fill it up with stupid "ZOMG IT'S COMING RIGHT AT ME" it's really nice and fun to watch. The 6 kids I took to see it all enjoyed it Smiley: thumbsup

NMBC was mediocre in 2D. I doubt another D will change that.

How was They Might Be Giants? Obviously good if you are headed back a second time, but any CD's worth picking up?

I'm not planning on seeing it, but it is one of my favorite movies. It's just too inconvenient for me to drive to the imax when I already have the VHS (and have seen it several times). Wouldn't make a bad date though, I guess.

I want to see it...but I'd have to drive to Louisville (2~3 hours away) to get to the nearest IMAX theatre. Smiley: frown

I'll just have to watch the VHS tape of it then.

Went today, it was really great! I thought it would be more like a few 3D things inserted into the old movie, but they really just pretty much did the movie over for 3D effects while (I think...going by what I remember) keeping the same sound track. I've been to a few 3D things before, and I'm pretty impressed with how far the technology has come.

I cannot watch movies in 3-D because my eyes are messed up. I'll never see the sailboat. Smiley: cry
