That's pretty much the way my department runs. Behind closed doors we can swear up a storm, call users morans, the whole 9. Out and about in the company however, we present a polite well-spoken front.

Until you get a few beers in us anyways.

And Anti-swearers need to learn the difference between swearing AT someone, and swearing for emphasis as an intensifier instead of using an adjective or adverb, or just swearing as an exclamation.
