So far, the only semi-sane response to the primary leap-frogging was when the DNC put their foot down and said they'd void the Florida delegates if they moved their primary up. Which everyone says is only going to hurt the Democrats now in a state they need to carry for the general elections. And the Florida Democratic Party is suing to have their delegates counted.
On the other hand, I can only guess that the Iowa Republicans want Clinton to be the Democratic nominee since they're thinning the chances of Edwards or Obama to catch up
