Hmmmpt. Fair weather poster-friends. You'll be ripping him to shreds for overextending his authority the next time he threatens to give someone an e-beatdown.

Was it really necessary to let us all know he removed the ball gag?

What were you muted for, again? I probably knew but forgot.

Doing something stupid multiple times in the feedback forum. And then the person who muted him forgot about him apperently. it's easy to do. We need some sort of admin "remind me to unmute this person in x hours" button.

I promised Aegis after he got scholar that I would post once a day in the feedback forum asking for sage for myself. Just once a day, no spamming, no thread bumping.

Only took 8 or 9 days and without a single request to stop (or warning) I got hit with

Quote:
Last warning. You have a 48 hour mute right now. Possibly longer.

Feedback is not the place for your emo whining about karma. Keep it up and you'll be set to sub-default by default. After that, further more drastic measures will be taken.

I then called Jizdaar a ****** and got a 72 hour ban and my karma got molested like a 14 year old mormon bride by her 45 year old husband.

Sounds like you got what you deserved, then. Nice when that happens.

Threads locked or nuked do constitute a warning. Plus there was a previous "knock that **** off" warning in the one prior to that.

The thing that should really tell you how close you came to the edge is that Illia killed two of your threads himself. Last person who did that same trick in the feedback forum ended up with 0 posts and 3.00 base karma on try number 3.

Can I be rated with whatever is above Guru?

And where has Danalog been? I haven't seen him in a dog's age.

Unrated threads aren't warnings, they are merely a love tap.

What we really need is a safety word.

If you don't count admin, there isn't anything above guru. It just rounds you down if you manage to get over that due to a bug. I somehow ended up at 5.02 a while back and its been stuck that way ever since. Not that it matters because numbers are imaginary!

And Danalog is out danalogging somewhere i'd guess. that or we locked him in some super secret programmign box doing programming things out fro the prying eyes of the commies. Because they want to steal our codes!

Given my current rate of karma incease, can you estimate, in terms of postcount, when I'll be a guru?

I think DSD is rating you down because you dont log into EQ2 anymore, factor that in and I would say you reach Guru just as I reach default.

I've been working my *** off on the news/template system changes that hopefully nobody has noticed except when, say, all the templates disappear, or the site crashes.

Can't there be a sort of timer in the account? Had it happen to me once, I had no idea how long the mute would last.

A sort of timer that automatically removes the mute?
