I did not make it to the final three for Ghost Hunters, just as I expected ( and hoped the past few weeks haha). One of the contestants that won I fully expected to, but the other three were most definitely out of left field it seems. However, now I can relax, and worry about packing, moving, and taking my kids out for trick or treating. And of course, take my yearly tax fee of candy for hauling them around Smiley: grin

That's too bad, sort of. Makes me want to watch it just to sneer, "DSD would have done that so much better. She'd a' kicked that amorphous transparent blob's ***!"

At least, like you said, you can focus on moving on down to where Tare is now.

Sorry to hear that Smiley: frown

But if it's any comfort, I probably wouldn't have watched it anyway!

And you can always ghost-hunt in your new home anyway! With any luck, it was the scene of a brutal and bloody quadruple suicide-homicide that CSI never solved and therefore all the victims and murderers still haunt the place!

Smiley: yikes

I bet the Poultrygeists rigged the election. Oh well, you could have been more favorite than Bigfoot (hunters) and then we could have said we had a more famous asylumite than gbaji/Jimmy Carter!

Oh well, COngo Rats/Congo dolences and happy house moving!

Sorry, but then it has a Silver Lining too. Smiley: smile

I went looking at the Ghost Hunter's site last night and could only find any info about the Finalist, in the forums. Look at their videos. Only one had any charisma, so I couldn't watch more then a minute of each. Your video shows that you most certainly have a natural 18 charisma.Smiley: wink

I also check out your husband band's MySpace.com and loved the music I heard. If they are ever in D.C or Baltimore again, I and my girls would love to go see them. you'll be also close to my youngest once you move. She in S.C. with a friend she met in WoW. They are always looking for things to do other then just running raid with their guild. So I'm going to send them the link to the band's site too.

I don't know that I've ever cast a vote in my life which really counted. I may write the folks at Ghost Hunters and let them know that they've only added to my disillusionment.

While it would have been awesome, I think the time away from your kids would have driven you nuts.

Sorry to hear, we tried Smiley: frown

thanks guys for all your support. Yeah, Neph, I probably would have been a bit crazy being away from the kids, especially knowing the circumstances they would be in around that time. I found myself chuckling last night as I felt relief, but Sick was devestated Smiley: lol.
I'm really happy for those guys who won, and I felt a little upset on their behalf the way the show annouced the winners. It was extremely brief, and unclear. If I hadnt DVRed it I would have kept waiting for more info. My thoughts are the amount of time everyone had to wait, not to mention taking the time to make the vids and send them in, I would have hoped the show would have given the winners a bit more spotlight than 1.3 of a second, which is literally what it was.

A shame really, would have been a fun experience!

But as the others said, now you got more time for the move!

DEFEATIST!

What's wrong with a DSD Ghost-Hunter vid-blog for our own perusal?

We've seen your Spielbergism in your WoW & EQ2 videos. So why not an exposee of the Haunting of Azeroth?

Get thee to it woman!

and sucks you didn't get through. Even speaking as a partisan, your audition vid was head and shoulders above the others

I still think DSD should have won. I watched that damn thing twice and must have missed the announcement both times as I had to come to the boards to find out if she made it. I will now boycott Ghosthunters.Smiley: grin

No no, it's Congratultions, I'm sorry!

Anyways, I wanted you to be on TV so I could point you out to my wife (who occasionally watches ghost-hunter shows) and tell her "that's the girl I went cavorting about Boston with last spring!"

Deb, you could have done that if you just made her watch the vid ( and voted for me haha)

You guys make me feel all nice and supported and stuff. Stop it. It makes me all warm and fuzzy feeling inside, and I blush. Let me tell you, I dont look good in pink! Smiley: glare
