At the risk of channelling Bill Cosby, I had cake for breakfast.

Not chocolate cake. Homemade carrot cake. Which, if done properly, can in fact be nutritious.

Smiley: inlove to my mother-in-law for making me my favorite cake for my birthday!

Thanks! Tristan decided to give me an early b-day treat as well. He's winding down from a growth spurt and is spending about 75% of his time sleeping today!

I went to the Cheesecake Factory over the weekend and was so tempted to order the carrot cake cheese cake. But I got the tiramsu version instead.
