I've worked at my current job going on 8 years, straight out of college. I work for a financial management office in Nashville, dealing mainly with Christian artists, though we have a few country artists and a few song writers as well.

2 years, tops. In my field, the raises only come when you leave a job. Job I stayed at the longest was about five years, and that's because I loved my boss and my commute. It'll be two years at this job in April, and I'm already thinking I need a change, something closer to home.

Around a year, but the jobs I've had before this one were crap, and I was in college, so they don't count. Haven't been fired from this job yet, so who knows how long it may last!
