It was a good interview. He talked a lot about how he started the web site. When asked the most important question of the night, his computer took a dump. Now we'll never know if we can assassinate Hellboy. Smiley: sly

I missed it, thanks for the link Kao.

I'll go listen to it in a few moments.

Is there a way to listen to the interview after the fact? I've poked around the site and I failed my saving throw against new technology.

it looks like no one has uploaded the pod cast yet. Which is too bad because such questions as:
Who were the origional forum posters?
What does allakhazam really think of the asylumites?
Can we kill hellboy?
were finally answered.

Heh.. no I was asking because my early memories of people on the forum were largely based on what class they played and therefore what their sphere of knowledge was. I was curious if I was remembering you right.

Samira/Druid, Calimyr/Cleric, OutcastNecro/Necro, Cogmatix/Wizard, Illyanna/Shadowknight, Merri/Ranger, etc.

Oh... well then. Smiley: blush

OutcastNecro also played a rogue, Tattle.

Smasharoo played a warrior, I'm pretty sure.

wait, there were other classes besides ranger?

Jophiel was the token forum bard if I remember right. Heimeidal was the first warrior that really stood out as such, though I think Praetorian played one too.

The pod people finally put the allakhazam podcast up. The Pikko and Danalog ones are up there too. Alas, there is no podcast of me talking about wombats for hours yet...

It's just an mp3 file. Can't you upload them to any of those little gadgets?

No, you can play .mp3s. I think you need to load them still via iTunes or some 3rd party thingie.

That's one thing I like about my Sansa. I just plug it in, open it as the F: drive and drop my files into the folder.

That may or may not have been when allegedly us evil admins theoretically making the trillian smilies that make noise in the chat channel because Allakhazam hadn't closed chat and had the microphone on so it was picking up the noises. (otter) was particularily hilarious.

If there would be any interest, I have the IRC chat log from that session for the #ogr channel at least that I could post a text file of if any of you feel like wadeing through wads of text. It's at least two gabajilengths long. Maybe 2 and a half.
