Right, exactly. I was responding to RP asking why bother doing these stings instead of chasing terrorists or whatever.

Well, it looks as if Craig is coming back out swinging, with his lawyer saying that the Senate Ethics Committee has no place to investigate misdemeanor crimes and the investigation should be dismissed.
