Here's an idea, instead of making all sorts of lame *** cosmetic changes, you guys actually go out and, I dunno, innovate or something. Hell, add something of real value.

I am still using the EQ template and the arrows are above the user name, making the top banner huge, and the links to journals and emails and such are still bunched up right at the user's name.
