I'm in the same boat as you Nexa. Starting feeling ****** yesterday at work. It's continued on all last night. Woke up every 20-30 minutes. Have a fever and chills and all that fun stuff. Did I mention I'm at work? Yeah. Earliest I can take off is 12:30. Five hours from now

5 days is plenty of time. OD'ing on Vitamins isn't going to help now. The only things you can really do is rest and get lots of fluids.
