I thought it was allergies yesterday, but I actually have a cold...in August...five days before my trip.

I wish I was dead.

Rest? That's so cute.

I just at about two cups of blueberries and will be taking vitamins and whatnot though. I'll *try* to go to bed right after Big Brother tonight...but I don't wanna. Smiley: glare

I'm in the same boat as you Nexa. Starting feeling ****** yesterday at work. It's continued on all last night. Woke up every 20-30 minutes. Have a fever and chills and all that fun stuff. Did I mention I'm at work? Yeah. Earliest I can take off is 12:30. Five hours from now Smiley: cry

Man, I feel grrrreat this morning! The rooster started crowing, and instead of throwing rocks at him I stepped outside and nodded at him and he looked stunned for a moment, and then he tipped his little straw hat to me. The sun is shining on my face; the morning air is cool and light.

Halloo Sunday Morning! Thanks for being so swell!

5 days is plenty of time. OD'ing on Vitamins isn't going to help now. The only things you can really do is rest and get lots of fluids.

If it makes you feel better, my wife just came down with a cold too. It's 100 degrees here.

I like how you were non-specific on the types of fluids...

"Nice" and "honest" aren't mutually exclusive, you know...

Well I'm actually wheezing when I breath. I've had pneumonia before and that's how it started. So I have an appointment tomorrow just to make sure it's nothing that serious.

Right side of throat swollen (pain when swallowing, even liquids), pressure in my right ear, headache, and light returning fever.

It's cancer, isn't it.

Except there be no white spots in the back :) I've had strep before, and strep was more of a cotton-mouthy thing. This is just pain.

Yes. Luckily, it's the kind of cancer which can be cured with liberal doses of fresh ***** applied directly to the area. It can be tricky though, so you'll probably need at least 20-30 different sources to make sure you're applying the right kind.
