I have 8 days vacation next week.

Primary decision:

Planned vacation
Random tour

If it's planned:

Hotel by the mediterranean with a pool and hawt latinas? (although I will be with the n0blet)
City break in a capital city full of culture (Paris, Berlin, Rome etc.)?

If not planned (Drive to the ferry and land in France):

Follow my nose?
Visit friends in Rouen or Paris or Madrid?
Flip a coin at each major junction? (E.g. At Calais, Heads = right into France, Tails = left towards Belgium, Holland, Germany, Italy etc.)

What d'you reckon?

Disclaimer:

To make a long story short, I don't take any responsibility for anything I post here. It's not news, it's not truth, it's not serious. It's parody. It's satire. It's bitter. It's angsty. Your mother's a *****. You like to jack off dogs. That's right, you heard me. You like to grab that dog by the bone and rub it like a ski pole. Your dad? Gay. Your priest? Straight. **** off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.

As much as I love random day trips, I couldn't fully relax until I knew I had the details taken care of.

I prefer to be prepared for where I am going.

Plan the important parts and spend the day in randomness.

Oh, wait, you're already in England.

Most likely.

Last time I ended up in Dusseldorf. Not a great city, but new to me and a few unexpected provincial towns on the way that all involved unusual experiences.

(I didn't have the n0blet with me last time, though Smiley: sly)

Or something like that.

I hear Plymouth is nice this time of year, the locals are friendly and have a fridge full of beer...

Avoid Cornwall though it's sh*t.

Other than that i would recomment Marsaille<Sp> or Malta.

True, but next weekend it will be missing an essential (curvacious) ingredient.

I'd recommend the Balkans. Croatia, Slovenia, all those places are great! Dubrovnik is absolutely beautiful, and is a UN Heritage Site thingy.

And Yougo girls are hawt! And cheap!

And it's fuuuul of history/culture/cripples!

The only problem might be the drive there.

But otherwise, these are great places to see before the hordes of Easyjet tourists get there.
