awsome movie from start to finnish. if you havent seen it, you should. one of the very very few movies where i just couldnt say they could have done this better, or that could have left that scene out.

it starts right where the last on left off. at some point, you kind of laugh when they send yet another assasin after him. you almost feel sympathy for the agents ordered to kill him.

great flick.

I'm making it a point to try to see this sometime this week. I've read the books and I loved the first two movies. So hopefully the third continues in that trend.

Oh, I've seen them both and I wanted to see the third. He had only seen the first and he fell asleep shortly after I did, when Julia whatshername made her appearance.

It was nighttime, not late, but I had made fajitas, avocado salad and fried plantains so we had full bellies and were under a blanket. We were asking for it.

Did Greengrass overuse the Shaki-Cam again like he did in Supremacy, or is the motion-sickness-inducing movement toned down? The first movie is exceptional, the second one is okay except whenever something interesting happens, the camera shudders so much you can't see what's happening.

I'll need to watch the second again before I watch Ultimatum; I've only seen it the once in theater but it's on the DVR box just waiting.

The camera movement didn't distract me as much as it did in the first one, but it was still noticeable. It did add to the fight scenes, but didn't help in other scenes.

The third film actually starts before the second one ends.

You mean, the second one; the first one that Greengrass directed. Doug Liman did Identity.

the first one was great. the second one was good but not as good as the first IMO. this one is better than both the others. the shaky camera thing was still there. and an above poster mentiond it started before the second one ended, he is correct.

all they needed was a naked wench scene. there was a lead up to one, but mabe it hit the cutting room floor. she was certainly better looking than the last one.

definatly shouldnt pass this one up.

Matt Damon as Jason Bourne is superb. I love the way he portrays the character and the game face he puts on.

The Blair Witch camera effect sucked. Other than that I enjoyed the movie.

Rescue Dawn was terrific though, start to finish.

Apparently he spent most of filming exhausted due to his baby keeping him up all night, and it really helped his performance.

What I find intriguing about Matt Damon is that, while a great actor, his performances make him seem not quite human. As if he knows what humans are, knows about humanity but he's not entirely there yet. Which serves him well in many of his roles. Jason Bourne - he's barely human; more a re-programmed killing machine. Tom Ripley - psychotic murderer, 'nuff said. Loki - angel, duh. Veering off to the more 'human' roles he can convey quite a bit of depth. Even in his early roles, like School Ties as the obnoxious rich kid you can tell he's trying too hard to be popular, to be the BMOC. And of course, Will Hunting, he's a study of contradiction - always trying to prove how wrong everyone is about him, even himself.
