Well i seel very odd still. Most of the time, probably 70% or so, i sleep two four hour shifts. Never know when those shifts are though. Sometimes they are from 10PM to 2am and 11am to 3pm. Alot of the time it's just random though.

Sometimes i can get an 8 hour night of sleep in. Never know when this'll happen. Pretty rare lately. Again, never sure what hour of the day i'll pass out, depends on when i slept last and how my body is feeling.

Alot of the time i wake up because my body is restless. or i cant fall asleep for hours because of the same problem. I can lay in bed, my mind wanting me to sleep but my body feels like certain muscles are straining or flexing. Thats the best way i can describe it. They feel tensed i suppose. usualy happens in my left arm (98%) of the time. Keeps me from falling asleep for hours. Usualy i try to do pushups or s situps or anything to try and wear myself out physicly, sometimes it works, sometimes it dosn't. zTylonal PM does not help this at all.

I have to prep for a late night by napping, and oftentimes I find a good night's sleep is more attractive than anything else I could do.

Dude, he is like 52. He goes to bed even earlier.

I recently told a friend of mine, albeit a semi-retarded one, that I was usually asleep by 9:30. He wanted to know how I could go to bed so early and not have sex. Because evidently, it can't happen until 10pm...
