Anyone on here used it? Found it to be helpful? Or is it really just another glorified social networking site?

Glorified networking site. I had a profile for all of a month. I had it set up when I was job hunting when I moved back to San Diego. When I started working, I deleted it.

You're suppose to be able to network with other professionals and colleagues in your field, but that's why I go to my association's mixers instead.

Well, I thought I'd give it a shot since I'm going to be moving to a different state at the end of next year and will be looking for a job and all that...and I figure any little bit of help will be good, haha. The site is a little...blah...but I didn't know if it was useful at all.

Several of my coworkers (including executives) use it. I guess it doesn't hurt to get your name out there one more time.

I've been meaning to set up a profile, but keep running out of time.

I use AdultFriendFinder for my networking needs.

I ended up getting invited to it by one of the department heads at work. Thinking it was some work related official deal, I signed up and filled it out in a rush just to get it over with. A few days later I asked my boss about it and he informed me it wasn't a work thing, I felt dirty and used.

Not a first for me.

They do wink, but you can't see them through that particular eye.
