It's been this way for months. Why do you think I spend so much time trolling in the OoT?

Tare and I demand to be entertained!

edit: I misspelled entertain.

Riding in a handbasket has to be the most mundane way to get to hell, but the phrase does roll off the tongue nicely.

The rooster woke me up at five this morning, so I threw some rocks at him till he went and hid in the barn and then I went back to sleep and overslept a bit. Puppies sh*t a ton overnight, so I'm sort of procrastinating removing it from the kitchen floor with a paint scraper by having another cup of tea. One of my chickens got into the dog area night before last, and promptly had it's insides yanked out when I let out the first canine. It was gross, I had to use a pooper-scooper to clean up the mess. Then I threw the remains in the burning barrell and had a fire. It smelled like a cookout, and I had a hotdog.

Same old same old, really.

I tried to look up the origin of the phrase "hell in a handbasket." Apparently it first appeared in print in 1930, but no one knows how long it had been around before then.

Word origins are nerdy fun!

you finally logged on? I saw Tare last night and we played for a bit, then I waited until 10pm ET for someone to log on, but no one did. Then the Mr came home from a hellish day so I logged and was his venting board for a bit before I wearily stumbled to bed.

Actually, I still haven't even settled on what I want to play, and I was up that late trying to decide between the dirge, swashy or brigand. Oh, and I couldn't get on till eight my time, so I missed all of you.

And yeah, Smiley: spam
