It's a small world. Just something to keep in mind.

I'd do it anyway, but just playing the devil's...errr... something advocate.

If the opportunity presents itself and you can do it in a suitably public setting to verbally emasculate him in front of his peers then go for it. It will be cathartic and knock him down a peg.

If it is one on one then don't even bother cause it will be like water off a ducks back.

Also only do it if you're calm, seen to many people get their **** worked up before they tried something like that and when they try to deliver what they have to say it falls apart.

If his behavior bothered you so much, you should have done something when you actually had to work with him

It's never been clearer that you haven't served in the military.

To make a long story short, I don't take any responsibility for anything I post here. It's not news, it's not truth, it's not serious. It's parody. It's satire. It's bitter. It's angsty. Your mother's a *****. You like to jack off dogs. That's right, you heard me. You like to grab that dog by the bone and rub it like a ski pole. Your dad? Gay. Your priest? Straight. **** off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.

Yes, grow a @#%^ing sack.

I can't imagine having to "decide" if I have the courage to speak to some @#%^.
It's not about growing a sack or otherwise, if it where a subordinate or someone who i thought would have reacted by taking the critism positively and change for the better i would have done it without hesitation.

But this guy is arrogance personified, and while i would have loved to tell him it would have left those around him facing the consequences while i didn't have to.

In the end thats why i didn't say anything, in fact i didn't even say goodbye to him, i shook everyone elses hand in the department and wished them well and then deliberately walked past him and out of the office.

One midshipman to another: "Did you see that? Tarv just cut him dead."

Second midshipman: "Ow, 'e 'ad it comin', 'e did, for never so long."
