I have to take this tedious online alcohol information course for work, and it's driving me nuts. Not only is most of the information obvious (e.g. if somebody is puking and passing out, they've probably had too much to drink), but I've already completed a similar course, and the information is exactly the same.

The worst part, however, is that all of the lessons are timed, and they can't be completed until the timer runs out. Therefore, a quick lesson that takes an entire 5 mintues to read and re-read can't be completed until the 15 minute timer is up.

Therefore, I've decided that it's time for We to have a huge karma orgy. I want to see how much karma love it takes to bump up the big posters even 0.01.

Ready... Go!

It would appear you confuse the words 'bored' and 'boring'

Try harder

I'm bored at work as well. I have literally nothing to do right now. No problems to go over. Finished all my budgets for last month and this month. So now I will bounce a tennis ball off the wall and catch it for several hours.

This course is mandated by work. It has absolutely nothing to do with my degree.

I had my wisdom teeth removed Friday. I'm now sitting in my office stoned out on demerol, ibuprofen, and T3's. In 15 mins I'm going home to take some more and drink some beer to "activate" the T3's.

Intellectual Property review here at my office. I need to take a look at our patent and trademark portfolio and see which maintenance fees and annuities fit into our budget and figure out which patents can be let go and abandoned. Then I need to do some due diligence on the corporate side and take a look at the shareholder list and options and warrants that we have outstanding. Then I need to go through my email and see what correspondence I need to get done. Then I have to go proof a couple of patent applications. Then I need to do a search on some trademarks we may want to register on. That's just the tip of the iceberg.

File things and answer the phone. I might have to go pick up dry cleaning and coffee later.

Too wordy.

Y'know, I'm sure that all that stuff is important, but I couldn't help thinking that, were you to tell me that in person, I'd probably just stare at your boobs the whole time while nodding my head and saying, "Uh huh. Mmm hmm. Wow, that sounds interesting."

I just sent my older son off for the night with my mother. Which means the countdown to actual adult time has begun 105 minutes left, folks

I ran across the street to the ghetto Walgreens to buy a fantasy football magazine. So that should, in theory, entertain me for a little while.
