Question for the LadiesFollow

... on a not so ladylike subject. ;)

So... Last weekend, I'm having sex with a ladyfriend of mine. At one point, we're doing it doggy style and kinda as a joke (and cause I know she happens to like being "under control") I reached forward, grabbed her hair and pulled her head back a bit.

Afterwards, we were talking and the subject of what we liked and disliked sexually came up (go figure!). I asked her what she thought of when I pulled her hair. Her answer wasn't what I expected, but I guess kinda made sense. She said that it didn't do anything particularly for her sexually, but it did help her in terms of comfort because it allowed her to hold her head up (easier to breath I suppose) without so much strain on her shoulders.

So the question(s) for the ladies: What do you think of this situation and answer and why? Do you agree with her in terms of comfort (assuming the hair isn't being yanked of course!)? Do you get off by being "manhandled" anyway so that's a bigger deal for you? Or do you dislike the whole idea regardless (or maybe don't like the position either)?

Inquiring minds want to know...!

I'm sorry to tell you this but women don't hide oil, soldiers or WMDs in their hair. You can stop searching now, and please stop invading our women.

If a girl says she likes it when you get rough, she's afraid you'll think she's a freak and you'll bust out the whips, chains and branding irons in the future. If she says she doesn't like it, she's afraid you'll think she's wimpy in bed and you'll go somewhere else. She took the middle road and gave you an analytical response so you can't figure out what she does and doesn't like.

I had a girlfriend at college who used to like that, but for complete non-respiratory reasons. It always kinda freaked me out a bit.

You're a pussy. Stop hedging and just say that you thought it'd be hot to yank her hair. If you honestly have time and frame of mind to be thinking "Hey, you know what'd be funny and lighten the mood?..." while railing some chick from behind, then at least one of you is a lousy lay.

Was this the same "lady-friend" you met in the lobby in Vegas?

Did she charge extra for the hair tug?

That was her way of saying that she doesn't want you to hurt her but she doesn't want you to stop if you get off on the faux-roughness. She's giving you an excuse to continue doing something she is indifferent to, but assumes you enjoy, while giving you a limitation.

Actually, after rereading the whole thing, she kinda liked it but is afraid to actually say so because she doesn't want the situation "kicked up another notch" to actual pain.

That's my opinion, not having ****** any women.

Well, it's no secret around here that I dabble in S&M (back in the pre-baby day when I, y'know, had sex) so I personally think hair-pulling is all kinds of HAWT.

That said, this was more info than I ever wanted about Gbaji. I may need therapy.

Nah, I'm really a fan of the *****, and why use something artificial when you can just go for the real thing?

I could go into Gbaji-length explanation here, but I won't.

I dated a girl that liked to have her hair pulled. Never actually had sex with her, but she did like having her hair pulled.

Second grade doesn't count; hair-pulling is just how boys show they like girls.

Well, not a joke like "funny. Haha!", but more like "Let's see what she thinks about this...". Given that the whole hair pulling thing is kind of a stereotypical action (at least in the **** world), I wasn't taking it particularly seriously, but I was curious how she'd react and whether she liked it or not.

I was just surprised by her answer is all. I'm a guy. Most days, I could get myself off in under a minute if that's all I wanted to do, so it's not really about what's super sexy for me. I try to pay attention to what women I'm with like and dislike because I enjoy it the most when they're enjoying it the most.

This particular woman likes "control", but not "rough". Sudden acts of overt sexuality turn her on (going from soft flirting to pinning her against a wall and kissing her gets her "eyes wide" pretty quickly). She likes having her neck held while making out (and loves being kissed on the neck, especially under the chin. Go figure). I was actually a little hesitant to pull her hair back because I thought it would come off as a bit corny. Hence, the question, and hence the surprise at the answer...

And yeah. I *do* take the time to think about what I'm doing when I'm having sex. If that makes me a "bad lay", then so be it. But judging by the reactions from the women I've been with I don't think that's the case...

Considering you have a hard time figuring out half of the responses on this board to your posts I wouldn't be so sure of your judgement.

I don't anymore. I outgrew it. If it's not going to happen, I just say so and let the guy know it's time to move on before the chafing sets in.
