I never said that. I did say that he is an ignorant *******. Instead of making sure he was financially capable of taking care of himself, his pregnant girlfriend and her two kids, he decided to make the move knowing he'd be the only bread winner. If you'd gotten Flea pregnant but couldn't afford to feed and house yourself and Joph Jr, would you be doing what he's done? I doubt you would have put yourself in that position in the first place. Why is that? It's because I recognize that you are not an ignorant piece of **** like this guy.

I have no idea what his and his gf's previous housing conditions were. For all I know, both of them moving represented a sharp reduction in monthly rent costs.

Buy a gun. If you hear anything move in the night open fire.

At the very least you'll be less one mouth to feed.

Or her husband died, or he makes 70k and inbetween jobs, etc etc. Lord knows that having a baby and being right out of school is hard enough.

You tell him Katie.

Birth Control. It's not hard to get your hands on. Condoms, many health clinics give them away free. He's 23 and straight out of college so most of your arguments would not work.

Meh, I'm 25 and have 3 kids, the oldest of which is 6. All by choice, and I don't regret any of them. I'm broke as hell most of the time but it doesn't bother me, money just isn't important to me, children are. My goal was children and a family so I went for it and never looked back.

You're all quick to judge his financial situation which very well may be his own damn fault, but he's not here ******** about his financial situation he's here ******** about getting robbed. If you got robbed you'd be complaining just as much as him.

I am a little interested in how one keeps TWO YEARS of work on their LAPTOP and doesn't think to back it up. I mean a desktop with raid...maybe I could understand not bothering with a backup (nah, who am I kidding even that's stupid), but a laptop? You don't deserve those laptops, they're in better hands now.

Also why in the h*ll are you in an apartment? Move 30miles outside the city if need be and buy a house.

...Gosh. With all the debt, one income, and 3 kids, he should have tons left over for a down payment and a mortgage! Or better yet, piggy back your downpayment on your adjustable rate interest only loan. Genius!

Qualifying for financial hardship in order to buy a HUD? I'm sure that extra $100 a month from deferring his student loans will cover at least a half of the homeowner's insurance or the taxes on a home that would be more than an apartment.
Good call.

How to get an extension on your college loans:

-Marry a broad who's already got kids you can't afford. Then have more.

Gotcha.

#42REDACTED, Posted: Jul 18 2007 at 12:31 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) What's he paying monthly for the apt? 300-400. The way I look at it if he defers his student loans then he's giving himself the oppurtunity to better his current situation by getting out of ghetto apts. These days lenders are doing sub-prime loans like they're going out of style. Don't tell me he couldn't take what he was paying on college loans add that to what he's currently paying on rent and buy a 1000sq ft house away from the crack heads. And homeowners insurance on a 1000sq ft house with someone of moderate credit and no claims tend to go for around 500$ annually which is only 41monthly and would more than likely be built into escrow along with the taxes.

What world do you live in, ya ninny ****? It's him, his GF and 2 kids and one on the way. 300-400 dollars a month would barely get you a 1 room efficiency(or 1 bedroom in the "ghetto") in most places.

A subprime loan? Let me guess, you're actually a Lender one of those parasites that does a lot of subprimes. And then when that person defaults on it (because Subprimes are given to people that have no chance of paying their bills because of *gasp* credit problems) you foreclose, take the house back and do it all over again to some other schmuck.
I'm an abstracter, I've seen in thousands of times.

And the homeowners insurance, someone that could afford a policy that cheap, doesn't need a subprime mortgage, who are you trying to ********* And not for nothing, you could get the first year of homeowners included in closing but after that, you're on your own.

Think before you speak.

If only my life were as complete as yours.

Until now, I had you down as a toothless wonder with the IQ of phlegm and the charisma of a slug.

Now I know you own dogs and a TV, I am in awe at the impact you have made on the Western World. How do you possibly cope with the media interest and swarms of Swedish lesibian teenage twins?
