its Vanguard. people are boared, leaving and browsing the web looking for something new. im sure alot of it has been people searching the multi games forum to their dissapointment, looking for something new besides LOTR. LOTR is doing better than Vanguard but it is also shrinking now from what i read.

the attention span of gamers is just getting shorter and shorter. im sure the biggest reason is the lack of anything new. they are all pretty much the same, whack-a-mole in differant settings that really are not all that differant either.

if someone doesnt come up with something truly new, MMORPGS will have a shelf life of FPS games soon. all the rage for a few weeks, then dead to the world in anticipation of the next latest and greatest.

Warhammer will be no exception. relm type RVR. raise your hand if you have never seen that come and go before. DAOC, shadowbane, planetside, guildwars,AO, SWG. please. wont last more than a month or two.

we are in a cycle of mass reproduction of the tried and true. might be a while before something truly origonal rears its uncommon head. dont worry, the small surge will die back down when they see there is nothing new here either. will swell up again after the nest latest and greatest launches and falls too.
