...I told you so. The case was bullsh1t from the beginning, starting with strippers aren't strippers when they go without muscle to protect them. They are called whores. Or in this case, lying whores.

More importantly, it cost the Duke LAXxies a chance at the national title last year.

Yep, you called that one. I still tend to think the attorney is the ***** in the story, though.

Oh really! You don't say? Just this week?

What's amazing is that I heard some nutjob law analyst on the radio trying to argue that Nifong shouldn't lose his license because his actions were "minor infractions" at best and that he shouldn't be punished for them.

Nifong lied to the press. Lied to the court. Lied to the bar. Concealed evidence that might damage his case. Effectively did everything he could to ruin three people's lives. But what he did was "minor" and he doesn't deserve any punishment? Lol...

C'mon, Smash. Chime in with how Nifong was just championing the cause of a minority that doesn't get a fair shake from the law and how the end justifies the means when anybody other than Whitey is involved. Or something like that.

Happily, I stayed out of that one except when I argued that, true account or total fabrication, being a stripper was not a license for people to rape you.

C'mon, Totem. Chime in with how Nifong was just making sure the streets are safe and how the occasional whitey needs to be thrown to the wolves to prove to the minorities the law is fair and just and how the end justifies the means when a DA needs a high profile win. Or something like that.

The thing is, they are. He did nothing that every DA in the country doesn't do an almost daily basis. He just did it in a case involving rich privileged white kids and a poor black woman. Now he's paying the price for that stupid mistake.

Straight. **** off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.
