Very cool new technology.

Live Demo Found Here

You have to use IE (unfortunatley) but it's worth it to check it out.

Peace.

Well @#%^ you very much too.

Prove what exactly?

That you need to use Internet Explorer to run it? Try running it from Firefox or Opera and see if it works. The message that pops up stating you need IE to run the tech demo should be all the proof you need.

That the websites real? Run a whois on the IP and see if it reverts back to Microsoft. Better yet, I'll do that for you:

That it's real?

Here's a screenshot.

Gotta love angry internet nerd rage.

Edit: If you're really that up in arms about Internet security you shouldn't be using Windows anyway. I'd suggest moving over to Linux. Try http://www.ubuntu.com/ it's the easiest of the lot.

I think he meant "prove that it's worth downloading". What does it do? Why would we care?

Et cetera.

Only time I run IE, is when I'm setting up a newly formatted HD and need to download Firefox.

That and when LOTR:O opens up IE, when I need to open up my account page.

It's why I pasted the youtube video. If you watch it then what it does will be explained but basically it can pull pictures from the web creating 3 dimensional images from those pictures based on where that picture was taken. You can navigate around the 3d image in relation to whatever picture was taken and you can eamlessly zoom in or out of a photo whether it's megapixels or gigapixels in size.

It has the potential to change the way the web works.

Figured that was interesting enough to share.

When Smash mangles words it's endearing.

When I do it, I feel an urge to slam my todger in the car door from a sense of shame.

I didn't post this specifically for you dipsh*t. For someone making fun of "angsty teens" you certainly have a knack for writing like one. There are people who haven't heard of it even if you have. Some of those people might even be interested in checking it out.

Edit: spelling

I decided to post after I saw this:

http://ffxi.allakhazam.com/forum.html?forum=4;mid=1181337999278273428;num=14;page=1

Agreed more info would have been better, possibly avoiding this entire ridiculous dialouge, but oh well.

Get over it.

It's technology related. More importantly it's new technology. One may be greater than the other but it's still a topic dealing with relatively new technology. Both could revolutionize the way things work for two important mediums.

Ligthen up and quit getting so butt-hurt over trivial sh*t.
