Well I'm relitivly ok, Just sore. Im pretty sure my car is totalled, the insurance adjusters will be looking at it tomorrow assuming I can figure out where the carcas got towed while I was getting checked out in the hospital. T-boned, drivers side just about where my seat starts. Don't know if they decided who is at fault yet, I think the other person was, but meh. Hospital says i'm fine, except that the cat scan showed up a "potential liver leasion not from the accident" whatever the **** that is. So I have to go get that looked at later too.
But now im going to go sleep

Was anyone ticketed? Like for speeding or failing to obey a traffic device? If you didn't run a light or a stop sign the other dude is almost definitely at fault. God, I've always wanted someone to slam into in the car. I'd totally be on of those people who fakes a back injury and then you see them on Maury or Montell in grainy video footage lifting sheep and whatnot.

In all honesty, check and make sure the police report is accurate ASAP and make sure you talk to your insurance company and get your side of the story locked down pronto. Also, prepare yourself just in case you need to pay a retainer fee.
