I'm not sure I would call this a bad habit, but it is very annoying for my friends. They can just be sat down watching TV, suddenly I will just start a fight. Not just little taps, full on punches to the face and kidneys. It's quite amusing when I take down my best friend who is twice my size, screaming at me to get off of him.

Pikko, I also interrupt without meaning to, and apparently, I steal covers.

As for habits I can't stand, I can't stand people who chew with their mouth open or stuff too much food in their mouth at once. I also have broken up with people when I find out they are smokers. Nothing personal, it's just not a habit I can live with.

My Mother, however, has taken it to another level.

"Yes Mother"
"Well Patricia went into the bank. . . . ."

My mom has a pretty annoying habit similar to this. She repeats things as though they are her own original thoughts, even after you have just said them to her. It's nuts.

Mom: So, who do you think Jack looks like?

Me: Hmm, we can't really tell yet but I thought he had a real look of Keith (my brother) about him when he was first born.

Mom: I though he really looked like Keith when he was born.

At first I thought this just applied to conversations until I heard her repeat, verbatim, something off of CNN and act as though she had come up with the notion herself. Drives me absolutely insane.

Since we seem to be on the subject of things that our moms do to drive us psycho, my mother will start a new conversation just as I tell her I have to go.

"Sorry, Mom, but I can't talk right now, I'm driving."
"Oh, ok! Hey, did I tell you that Grandma..."

I think she does this because she finally figured out that I don't really need to suddenly take a dump whenever I'm on the phone with her. I knew I should have taken it easy on that one!

Next time she calls make sure you're in the bathroom taking a really noisy dump. Act like it's normal and make sure she can hear what's going on. Don't forget to grunt a lot.

You don't know my mother. She'd hear it and keep talking. In fact, she'd probably start talking to me about it.

I have a friend that is the MOST unreliable person I've ever met, he's my best friend, actually Smiley: tongue. The good times outway the annoyance I'm guessing. Anyways, he's horrible about agreeing to something, then just blatantly backing out. Someone will call him before it's time to do said event, and he won't answer.. then answer after said event is over and give some ridiculous excuse or just apologize. IT DRIVES ME ******* CRAZY.

My worst habit is tuning out any sort of nagging whatsoever, and becoming completely monotoned while reacting to it. I had one of those mothers, growing up, that would just nagnagnagnagnagnagnagnag about any/everything. So now when I hear the slightest little hint of a nagging tone, I shut down and become a complete ******* to whoever it is, no matter what the situation is.

I've had signifigant others actually throw things at me just to get a reaction, to which I promptly bring out the trailer trash joke ******* to end things nicely Smiley: lol

1) I have a friend who is a liar. Now, everyone tells a little white lie about stuff. Certain people lie to cover their **** (which isn't nice, but it's sadly common), but this guy lies about -everything-. I mean, he makes no sense. He'll say one thing one day, forget he said it, then say something totally different, then lie (again) when confronted about it. It could be something complex (as in, for some people, it makes sense to lie, I guess) or really dumb things, like "Did you like so-and-so movie?" Drives me nuts. Literally can't believe a single word that comes out of his mouth. I make sure to stick to small talk, if I have to talk to him, that is.

You're friends with Varus?

I don't know. I'll have to ask him if he was banned from a forum recently. If he says yes, I'll have to punch him in the face.

1. BF has really, really, really bad teeth but they can be fixed.

2. Too many to mention but most dangerous, my V-8 (old school) Thunderbird likes to fly rather than drive.

1. My special lady has a really bad habit of not giving me teh secks. She needs to do something about that, it's rather annoying.

2. I have a really bad habit of "helping" people when they speak, either by correcting them (ie verb tense, proper grammar, prepositions, etc.) or by supplying them with the word they are looking for when they make very obvious pauses whilst searching for a word. It pisses people off for some reason. Funnily enough, I would greatly enjoy if someone did that for me, but they never do because most people consider it rude. Meh.

By "fixed" I assume you mean orthodontia. Which leads me to wonder what "bad habit" it is exactly that leads to someone's teeth becoming crooked. Chewing on rebar?

I do that to people all the time and yes, most do take offense to it! Especially my girlfriend, whose grammar, vocabulary and overall use of English is so poor she admits that she has her own language (think Nell). I, on the other hand, come from a household primarily of teachers (including my father, an English major/teacher) and was brought up understanding that how you speak is a very important part of how you are perceived. Believe me, I try my best not to let on that I have no education beyond 9th grade.
