In this day and age, seeing some posters spam and journal-pad their post count to 5 figures is no big surprise. But seeing Joph hit 30k really is amazing. Not that he was the first to do it, just that he managed to do it without seeming to be posting just for the sake of doing it or for the goal of hitting a certain number. He's done it merely by contributing, and without being nauseating about it.

I guess what I'm trying to say, is after all these years and 30k posts, when I see a post by Jophiel I don't think to myself "Jesus, not this guy again."

Well done.

Google has nothin.

100k

Good luck.

(In before the GTFO)
Obligatory "GTFO", followed by someone more in the Hellboy tradition of posting, probably.

40k and change in 18 months.

Just remember who got to 10k first. That's right. Me.

But please, don't let me interrupt your acceptance speech. Carry on with your self congratulatory back slapping.

That's what I was thinking too, but then I thought I must be wrong, hahaha.

Spamming to 10k first officially doesn't count.

I think Totem spammed his way to 10k, then got nocked back down to 7k as punishment.

Smash got the first custom title - before he hit 10k.

Don't get me started on him. I'm still pissed that he passed me by spamming. We'll fix that one of these days

It wasn't considered spam until I had finished hitting the 10k milestone. Up until I hit 10k+ I was doing "Alla server integrity checks." I had tasked myself with the resposibility to find precisely how much posting volume the servers could handle. Once we-- Alla's minions and me --had pinpointed various weaknesses and potential problem areas, it was decided that to better facilitate the customer's (that'd be you, dear reader) needs, such checks were no longer necessary, thus banned.

I then graciously accepted a three thousand post count deduction so that the Golden Boy, Smasharoo, could claim the first custom title.

Any other versions of this story are just spurious attempts at revisionist history. Please disregard them.
