If everyone in Baltimore had a gun, there wouldn't be any more violence!

I'm all for this plan, but it doesn't go far enough. I think these zones should be cordoned off with razor wire and the police replaced with members of the armed forces. Also, we should look into buying some of these.

Know what else would help? If we could pass a law requiring everyone to wear some sort of marking signifying their socio-economic status so we'd know who the dangerous ones were.

Well, I suppose if we marked all the bad ones, we would really need for the upper class people to wear anything.

Why not just confine all the dangerous/poor/ugly ones to a certain area, like Montana? That way, the decent, God fearing rich folk can go on with life unmolested.

Oh come off it, they already are marked, by the color of their skin. If it ain't white it ain't right.

Besides, from all appearances I was under the impression that everyone in Baltimore already was heavily armed...
