I know, we have a journal, but I'm posting here anyway so nyah nyah.
1. Has anyone that was unable to get into the original hotel found an alternate yet? I know some folks tried to book a room after we'd filled the place, haha.
2. Also, how many of you have BOTH hotel reservations AND plane tickets? I don't have our plane tickets yet, but I'm going to try to book them in the next couple of weeks.

I have neither hotel reservations nor plane tickets since I'll be sleeping at a friend's place downtown (or on the floor of somebody's hotel room).
