It varies.

I have a latte in the morning. If I'm in a busy restaurant or at home I drink it black. If it's been sitting around for a while I'll mellow it out with some milk.

I take mine with 2% milk at home, or cream when out and about. I don't need sugar, I'm sweet enough as it is Smiley: grin

I can't stand coffee (never really have), so I gotta go with tea. And none of that 'sweet tea' stuff...it has to be unsweetened for me to be able to take more than a disgusted sip of it.

If it's hot, it at least needs cream. If it's good coffee, just cream. If it's kinda crappy coffee, cream and sweetener. If it's iced, just black is good.

I really prefer a nice bit of espresso with a little orange rind, very little milk and in a pretty cup. The cup is preferably something Italian, bright and cheery.

Very infrequently drink coffee and when I do, it's more sugar and flavored cream with a dollop of coffee.

I prefer green tea, hot or iced.

Coffee is yucky. I prefer tea on occasion but even that I don't drink that often.

That, and caffeine makes me sleepy so I tend to avoid it.

edit: grammar is hard

Stephen King's version of the trucker's credo: If y'all wanted cream and sugar, why'd you order coffee?

My grandmother always stated that the quality of an establishment is directly related to the quality of the coffee and can be measured inversely by the amount of sugar and cream you have to add.

I like my coffee dark and sweet, but the women I end up with are always light and bitter. :(

Always black. If I wanted something sugary I'd just drink a soda. The bitterness is good.

I do prefer tea, but coffee is harder to ***** up so I order it instead of tea. I'm curious if those who take it black actually have bitter taste receptors. See, for example, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supertaster.
