Got an A in my class, woot!

How did the rest of you college students finish out your semester? Anyone taking summer classes? I have a stats class starting on Monday (twice a week for three hours at a time) that runs until mid-July...ugh.

Stats is teh easy.

My finals went fairly well. I should pull off several B's this semester, and even an A or two.

Congratulations! I still have a few weeks for my other class, but I think I got an A in my other class. Took the final last night and it was easy-peasy.

Go you!

Stats is easy, but mind-numbingly boring. When something is that boring, I stop paying attention. When I stop paying attention, I do less well that I'd like. I've been waiting to take it with this particular professor though, since I hear he's a good teacher, fairly charismatic (rare in a stats professor) and very invested in student's progress. Plus, since the classes are only twice a week, and it only runs 8 weeks or something like that, chances are I'll actually be able to drag myself to them.

Just be inspired by how you can use your new-found statistical analysis chops to prove gbaji wrong.

A in East Asian History and an A in English 150. No summer classes, my wife is cramming as many classes in this summer and fall to graduate in December, so I'll be a single father for most of the year.

I actually just finished a stats class. My teacher wasn't the amazing, but he did tell some funny stories. Plus, right after Spring Break, you could tell that he'd been drinking fairly heavily (the ruptured capillaries in his nose were a dead giveaway).

If you need any help with the stats (or if you just get lonely), PM me.

Oh I've taken statistics before, this is just graduate level statistics. Not that one would need any sort of statistics education to see the problems with anything that boy writes.

Thanks, but when I need class help, I dress up like a school girl and make my boyfriend instruct me.

My professor emailed the final to the entire class yesterday. We get to work collaborate on it, open book, and can take it as many times as we want provided we get it back to the professor before end of class Monday.

I'm pretty sure I'll do well on this test.

Congrats Nexa!

I really should look into taking classes. Since I work at the university I'm allowed one free class per semester. Maybe something in Food Science! Smiley: grin

The cookbook shall have a FAQ section that is just chatlogs of stuff like:

"WTF is EVOO?"
"It's oil, WTF is poke?"
"It's raw fish salad, what do chickpeas taste like??"

I don't know how to finish that, cause I've never eaten a chickpea...

I'm getting a low B in AP Chem, and I'm most likely going to do terribly on the exam this Tuesday.

Fuck. I hate Chemistry.

You probably have, they're aka garbanzo beans and they're the primary ingrediant in hummus.

oh and women who put their husbands, and family, on hold for a year while they're studying are slutty whores who've trapped some poor man into being the mommy. What's really going to be humurous is when mommy gets her diploma and decides she can do better and dumps him. Won't be the first and definitly won't be the last time this happens.

Varus

Good god, you're a miserable sack of shit, Varus.
