This was kinda corny, but good advice. Someone once told me that being angry at someone was like holding a hot coal in your hand, waiting to throw it at them. You may get your revenge but you're burning yourself much worse in the process.

I always let things go because it's never worth my time to be upset. If there's a genuine problem I need to do something about, I can fix it without being angry or not at all. I'm pretty quick to forgive, but I'm slow to forget.
