and election is getting close. perfect ingrediants for an impeachment party. at 30 percent, you can bet the republican hopefulls, alot of them anyway, wont be rushing to stop an impeachement process out of fear of their own futures.

30 percent is the majic number. time for dems to start tossing aroung the "impeach" word to fish for a response...

only president who ever got lower was carter after the whole botched hostage rescure thing. EVER.

Meh. It was a Newsweek poll. I'd wait for more than that.

They won't impeach anyway.

Onoes! He might not be reelected. He's not able to run and VP Richard isn't running so it doesn't matter all too much does it?

As for the impeachment, not going to happen. Somehow I also think the Pubbie hopefuls (all but McCain) woulud be more than willing to speak out.

Even after reading Shadow's broken ramblings, I still don't see an impeachment of President Bush happening anytime soon.

Besides, there's just no way you'd get the numbers needed in the Senate (or to adopt the articles in the House) to convict and remove anyways.

Everyone knows Bush is just a cog in the machine. If they impeach Bush, then when a "Democrat" messes things up they are more likely to be impeached.

To keep the illusion of an authoratative government, the monkey stays. See a candidate with actual ideas on how to do anything? Nope, just promises promises promises.. Welcome to phase three of a failing democracy.

You are fully aware that impeachment, and removal from office are two totally seperate events. While Bush could possibly be impeached, I don't see him being convicted and therefore removed from office. If you recall Clinton was impeached by the House, but acquitted by the Senate.
