Who would you see?Follow

Going to Vegas later this month and we have already booked "O" but I wanted something that I could laugh at. I have it narrowed down to a few shows that I would see, but I was wondering if anyone on here had seen these people live before and could give me some feedback.

Jay Leno @ Mirage - I believe this is just his standup, not the Tonight Show.
Steven Wright @ The Orleans
Danny Gans @ Mirage
Rita Rudner @ Harrah's
George Wallace @ Flamingo

Carrot Top will also be in Vegas that weekend, but I would rather dip my balls in LAVA than see his act.

Or if you know of something not listed that you may have seen, please bring it up!

By the way, I am only 18 and the reason Vegas is the destination is because my dad is lecturing to some dentists or some junk like that. I wish it was like Canada so I could just go gamble. :D

Guy I used to work with caught his act and told me it was the funnest act he'd ever seen.

I would also go with Steven Wright (very unique delivery), Rita Rudner and George Wallace are also good choices.

Steven Wright all the way. That guy is so strange and his delivery alone makes me crack up.

I will consider this some sort of way to con me into seeing Carrot Top. Well it's either that, or the guy you used work with is a douche.

I've no idea who Danny Gans is, but I've seen all the others, and Stephen Wright is, hands down, the best of the bunch.

Steve Wright.

You seriously can't go wrong with that guy.

Ehhh, the other good thing about seeing Stephen Wright's show over Jay Leno's is that I will save 75 bucks.

I'm shocked Jay Leno still does stand-up. Does he bring Kevin Eubanks with him so there'll be at least one person laughing?

I'd go see Steven Wright as well. I have seen Danny Gans on Broadway several years ago - he's a voice impersonator and puts on what I thought was a decent Vegas act...except it was on Broadway...anyhoo, go see Steven Wright.

Me neither, but anyone who has an impression of Austin Powers when you go to their website doesn't warrant me spending money to see them.

I'd ditto the vote for Stephen Wright
