Eat a bananna and soak it in hot water for 20 minutes. Take an advil and call me in the morning.

Does that work also if I'm off with my diagnosis and it's actually the tendons of peronae longus et brevus? I can't side shuffle.

No. In that case you have to chant an old vodoo song whilst dancing around a bonfire and sacrifice a rooster by cutting it's head off and dousing yourself in it's blood and yelling "Hail to the Colonel, for his crispyness knows no bounds!"

R.I.C.E. (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) is essential. The sooner you do this the better.

Wear a heel pad to raise the heel and shorten the calf muscle hence taking some of the strain off it. It is a good idea to put heel pads in both shoes or one leg will be longer than the other creating an imbalance and possibly leading to other injuries including back injuries.

or

you could always try rating me down...making you feel funny in your pants could help you forget about your pain
