I only got that one right because I'd read an article about the Federal Reserve literally minutes before taking the quiz.

Hah. Got all the important ones right (does remembering who said what quote *really* matter as much as knowing which branch of government does what?).

Mispelled Bernanke's name, but did get Gonzalez' first name. I can certainly see how a baby boomer would do better on this test (since most of the quotes were from that period). Still, not horrifically difficult IMO. Only got a 45.5, almost entirely from not remembering which president said what (aside from that, Bernanke, and not knowing which year the magna carta was signed, I got everything right).

I took Flea's test as well and got a perfect score. Why is the purpose of the UN on the US citizenship test?

I wondered the same thing. Maybe so SOME of us know it's not just there to protect the interests of the U.S.?

If I'd used google, I'd have gotten them all right, but it would have invalidated the test. Not sure what your point is. Maybe *you* would have cheated, but not me.

We both know I wouldn't have had to :(. That said, the test not being about economics, law, or science, I'm sure you did take it without using google.

I didn't think the quotes were that difficult although I'll agree that their relevance to actually understanding our government is secondary at best.

I didn't take the test - I'm assuming that "God Save The King" is no longer a valid answer to all the questions, since your new-fangled declaration of incontinence or whatever you colonials call it.

Don't give the anti-immigration nuts any more ammunition!
