Not sure. Changes by the day. I have natural wave and Joph likes it down, but both our mothers and sisters feel like it shows off my neck to have it up. I tend to agree, but I look like an old woman with my hair up. I can't help but look at myself and feel like I'm looking at Grandma. The wind here is a *****, too, and I'd hate to go to the trouble to do a Veronica Lake or half-up, half-down only to have it blown to hell.

Also, I'll be wearing a cathedral-length ivory and gold mantilla, and I hear that I need some sort of anchor in my hair, so having it somewhat up might be a keeper.

Wait, are you having an outdoor ceremony or are you just concerned about it getting messed up between the hairdressers and the church? If it's the latter, the hairdresser can put a net or something over it to protect it.

Anchors and nets... so, a nautical theme, eh?

Nope, the ceremony is indoors at our church. The reception is about 7 miles away at the local country club, but our pics will probably be outdoors. I knew a gal who got married whose hair blew to smithereens during her walk down the aisle and then her photos were all funky.

Plus I really like my hair down but I don't think it works with the veil.

Maybe DSD can play with it and tell me what to do.

Ya see? This is why a draft will never pass. All you have to do is mention weddings and flowers and half the population gets a giggly and forgets all about the tragic waste of human life going on in Iraq.

Like a new born baby, it just happens every day.

So are you and Rosie O'Donnell saying the US military is setting off the bombs that's killing US soldiers and Iraqis? Maybe if all those who are taxed to pay for government programs starting blowing up those people who voted for those big government programs you'd call for an end to the tragic waste of human life caused by leftists, socialists, and democrats going on in government? This is what socialist governments do, conduct violence against people. Take a look in the mirror pal.

As hard as it is to make any sense out of your incohenrent ramblings, I can't shake off the nagging feeling that you are actually comparing people that get blown up in Iraq to people that pay taxes.

But, surely, you can't be that much of a pathetic excuse for human life that you would compare taxation to being blown up to pieces on your way to the market?

Yes. Clearly that's what I'm saying. Isn't it obvious?

The only difference is submission and peace through superior fire power.
